Here is a delightful Footed teacup and saucer from Royal Grafton English Bone China decorated with a floral garden with a castle in the background and a cobalt blue and gold bands that are of the highest quality.
It has a pattern number 1840. Simple, elegant and quite charming and quite rare.
The mark indicates that this was made in the late 1950s or early 1960s.
The teacup measures 4″ wide not including the handle and 2.5″ high.
The saucer measures just over 5.75″ in diameter.
It is in excellent condition. No chip, crack or crazing.
